I’m a systems thinker with a passion for service design. My journey into this field is built on 12+ years of experience in Finance and HR, where I discovered the power of empathy and design thinking to solve complex workplace challenges.

After earning my BS in Finance and Accounting, I followed a long-standing curiosity about human behavior and creativity, enrolling in credited courses in psychology and design thinking. Along the way, I built skills in visual media, user experience, and project management, giving me the ability to move between understanding people’s needs and shaping the systems they use.

Having been both an administrator and a day-to-day user of workplace tools, I’m always curious about how different users experience the same system. I specialize in bridging the gap between technical systems and the people who use them, crafting solutions that are not only efficient but also inclusive and accessible.
